Boyd Highland Oaks
Wise County Texas is a rural oasis of rolling hills, majestic trees and sheltered creeks. It is located just northwest of Tarrant County and approximately 40 miles northwest of Dallas County. Wise County has a land area of 904 square miles and a very small population of 63,000. The very limited population gives Wise County many advantages over more densely populated areas.
A few of the benefits of living in southeast Wise County are clean air, very little traffic, extremely low crime rate, low tax rates, a quiet and restful environment and it is a great place to raise children.

Neighborhood Work Day
Saturday, June 6th, 08:00 - 12:00
Our neighborhood workday is planned for Saturday June 6 at 8:00 AM (meet at clubhouse). It is a great way to meet your neighbors and help with a few projects.
Items we plan to work on:
1. Clean up wood piles and trim trees
•East side of Parkview LN (deadfall limbs and trim oak trees)
•Wood piles along west side of pond
•Trim trees near clubhouse
2. Clean concrete drainage areas to ponds
•Oak Grove LN (1)
•Walnut Creek Ln (2)
•East side of Parkview LN (2)
3. Trash pickup
•Ponds/Grounds
•Entry way
•Ditches and fence line on FM 730
4. Clubhouse – clean interior, patio, trash cans, and furniture
5. Additional small items may be added
Tools that may be helpful:
Pickup/trailer for limb hauling, saws, pole saws, clippers, rakes, shovels, gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs - HOA should have cleaning supplies/trash bags
