The Highland Oaks community is in a bucolic setting with huge native oak trees interspersed among gently rolling hills and ponds.  Highland Oaks provides homeowners with natural beauty, breathtaking sunsets, and spectacular starry nights.

 

This exclusive gated community offers homeowners exceptional privacy, peace of mind, catch-and-release fishing at our 3 private, landscaped engineered retention ponds, a community center with a large covered patio, a junior Olympic swimming pool, and a children's wading pool.  Highland Oaks is a green community with approximately 26% of the land reserved as permanent greenbelt and common areas maintained by the Homeowner Association.

 

Highland Oaks is designed to provide the ultimate in luxury country estate living with the convenience of full city services.  Water, gas, and electric utilities are all underground and provided by the City of Boyd, Atmos Energy, and Wise Electric Co-Op.  Fiber internet service is not available at this time.  

 

Three area School Districts are accepting students who live in Highland Oaks.  The Districts are of various sizes ranging from 3A to 4A.  They offer numerous opportunities for parents to choose the best educational, sports, and extracurricular activities for their children.  The three Districts are Boyd ISD, Paradise ISD, and Decatur ISD.
